Crockpot Chicken Pot Pie
Another favorite of ours. Very easy and very tasty!
1/2 pound uncooked boneless, skinless chicken thighs cut into bite size chunks
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup frozen peas or green beans
1/2 tea spoon of dried marjoram
1/2 tea spoon of dried thyme
1/2 tea spoon of celery seed
1 tea spoon of onion powder
1 can (10.75oz) cream of something soup
2 Table spoons of milk
Biscuit Topping
2 cups flour
2 tea spoons baking powder
1/2 Table spoon sugar
8 Table spoons (1 stick) of butter melted
3/4 cup milk
Mix chicken, veggies, and seasonings into crockpot. Stir in creamed soup and add two Table spoons of milk to can, swish around and pour into crockpot. Stir well.
Mix Biscuit topping in a bowl. Spread overtop of the meat and veggie mixture. Cover and cook.
On Lo – 6-7 hours of On high – 3-4 hours
