This is one of our family favorites that Joshua especially likes to make when he gets to help Lisa with breakfast. Josiah also heartily approves!

1 Cup Plain Yogurt
(stop by the market & we will teach you how to make your own yogurt)
1.5 Cups frozen strawberries
1.5 Cups frozen blueberries
1 Cup of raspberries or peaches
1 Tablespoon Raw Honey
Put yogurt in blender first. Then add partially thawed fruit. Blend together & enjoy! Makes about 3 servings.
