Here’s a tasty chicken recipe we found: Buffalo Bites….just in time for your Christmas festivites over the next week or so. We will be serving these on Monday for a Christmas Cookies decorating contest.
1 Cup finely diced cooked chicken (chicken backs work great)
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 T shredded chedar cheese
1/4 cup hot sauce
4 T unsalted butter, melted & cooled
2 1/4 t yeast
2 T brown sugar
1 cup warm milk
2 1/2 cups of flour
