A long time family favorite that is extra tasty with farm fresh eggs & freshly made 100% whole wheat bread.
8 Bread slices cubed
1 pound sausage cooked & crumbled
1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese
10 eggs
2 cups milk
1 t dry mustard
1 t salt
The night before:
Put cubed bread into bottom of 9×13 dish. Top with sausage and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the top. Cover & refrigerate overnight.
In the morning:
Pre-heat oven to 350 and bake for 50 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
