2 cups blueberries
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
2 T. honey
3 T. ketchup
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ t. salt

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and cool. Process in blender until smooth.
