(family & customer favorite)

3 pounds Wings
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
3 T. Braggs Amino Acids
1 T. Peanut Butter
3 T Honey
2 t. Sesame Oil
Dash of Sriracha sauce (or to taste)

For Garnish: 
2 T. Sesame Seeds….lightly toasted
1 Scallion, sliced

Instructions
Steam wings for 15 minutes. Remove from pot and lay out on baking rack in fridge for 1 hour. 
Make Sauce. 
Combine amino acids, honey, peanut butter, and Sriracha sauce in bowl & whip together.
Heat Sesame oil in small sauce pan. Add minced garlic. Saute for a minute until softened. Stir in amino acid mixture. Bring to a simmer and let simmer 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Set sauce aside. 

Roast wings at 425 for 20-25 minutes. Turn wings over 1/2 way through roasting time.

Top with sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds & scallions. Serve & enjoy!
